New to MMS (Lyme / chronic fatigue patient) - What to avoid with MMS

I've listened to a lot of Jim Humble on YouTube lately - MMS sounds so promising!
I'm 32 and I've had Lyme, Babesia (surprisingly similar to malaria, even under the microscope) & Epstein Barr for about 10 years. My biggest issue is crippling fatigue. I've been taking turpentine & sugar (Dr. Jennifer Daniels' protocol - don't knock it until you've researched it) which has fixed my liver issues and cleaned up almost all of my Lyme issues, but the fatigue persists. Synthroid and stimulants have no effect. I'm thinking that maybe the Epstein Barr is persisting and the turpentine can't do any damage to it. I'm hoping that MMS will get me over the hurdle of the fatigue. It's a long shot, but does anyone know if the 1 tsp of turpentine I take once every three days will kill the MMS? It sure kills everything else bad in my body...and doesn't fully exit the body for about 24 hours.
On another note, I haven't found much info on what to avoid while taking MMS, other than Vitamin C. In one interview he quickly mentioned to avoid coffee but I can't find anyone on the net reiterating this (I drink only decaf). Is there a list of things that one should avoid while on MMS, or does it depend on your affliction?
Thanks folks!

Any kind of Antioxidant is not good for MMS. Because MMS is an oxidant if you eat or drink Antioxidant during the day that will kill the effect of MMS. Some antioxidant have Half Life that take too long to be eliminated from the body in just 8 hours. So keep in mind this value and search the internet for antioxidant properties of the product you consume. No matter if is decaf or cafeined it will do the same effect. so stay away from tea, coffee , VItamin C, any Juice that containe vitamin C added. Or move your MMS dosing in one period of time that you just relax and don't eat anything.

Did you find out about taking turpentine while taking MMS? How are you doing now? I"d love to hear more about your experience with turp. I'm also healing from Lyme, EBV and co-infections. I found that taking red marine algae helped me a lot with the EBV and it didn't seem to interfere with MMS.

For your fatigue, have you tried BHT yet? It should work like a charm against the Epstein Barr. On the other hand, I saw only one of your videos, "Ep03 Turpentine HEALING MY LYME AND CHRONIC FATIGUE", reposted here (). In the video, you mention 5 Lyme remedies you discovered back then, one being turpentine. Can you let me know what the other 4 remedies are?
Best regards,
Andreas

I don’t have any experience with MMS.
I have been pretty sick for the last ten years or so. With Lyme, you may have mycoplasma which can cause fatigue. Epstein Barr can certainly be responsible as well. I’ve had really good luck using the spooky2 rife machine for a myco infection. I like it because you can run the frequencies for Lyme, Epstein Barr, myco, Bartonella and pretty quickly determine where your problem is based on the herx you get. With that said, I have a pretty bad Sibo infection and have been unsuccessful treating it with spooky2 as of late.
