Normally DMSO in any significant quantities can cause bad odor of the mouth and skin. By adding the small drops to mms do you get the bad odor?

Yes, you will be able to smell the DMSO on the skin and breath - IF you have the genetics to do so. Some people don't - they neither taste it nor smell like it, regardless.
