HCl was actually first mentioned in Jim's last book and he was not in favor of it at the time because he preferred to use what was known and tried. Andreas was at that time suggesting HCl, and ultimately people started working with it - since it is another food grade acid. It makes me nauseous, personally, but a lot of people do not have that reaction - I'm guessing mine is based on my particular situation - I have no access to my stomach, so the HCl dumps straight into the small intestine without whatever interaction the stomach would have.
I would suggest trying the citric acid - start low and go slow - and if you run into problems you have the HCl left for you to move to. BTW, with HCl, you would use the 4% (or 4.6%, depending on who is selling it) - and activate it 1:1, but allow it a longer activation period. Kerri is recommending 60 seconds, given her experience with the autistic children.

First let me tell you about the diferent between both acid. HCL is an Inorganic Acid Clasify as Very Strong and Agresive. CA is an Organic Acid Clasify as Low. HCL is naturally produce in the cell in low quantity. Is true that some people have some alergic reaction to CA specially the people that drink the activated MMS in water instead of GelCaps. Citric Acid react with your teeth removing the natural enamel due to the HIGH concentration that is use (50%) if you compare with HCL that is only 4% solution. If you going to use the GelCaps method I will recomend use CA, because is quicker activator than HCL. And you can activate the MMS in the Pill.

Tomas tells me there is a group in Europe who are using yet another activator, sodium hydrogen sulfate to activate SC. They are using it to make CDH. One of the European users of sodium hydrogen sulfate is Pavel Eiselt, a friend of Jim's. A concern that Tomas has is that the results of using sodium hydrogen sulfate may be too good; apparently all of the SC is reacted with this activator. Scott and I wanted to leave about 50% of the SC unreacted so it could be used by the body similar to classic MMS, except CDH is more activated than MMS.Dear Charlotte, by my last trial in Uganda I used a composition from Sulfuric acid to activate MMS. The reason for that is, that Sulfuric acid is registered in Uganda to use for water cleaning within a chlorine dioxide product.
To be sure not involved in troubles when the government would find out what we were doing, I used this for my own safety.
When we gave about 40 malaria people the first day this activated MMS, I was very excited or it would work. We promised all of them so much. It would really be a shame if it wouldn't work.
So the next day when we did the second blood control, all of them were negative.
It is not to the activator, but the dose. The activator hasn't any benefit in the body. The dose were probably too less for Dengue.
For malaria I give only one dose 18 drops.
If someone has a problem with a particular acid, it might be better to use a CS (chlorine dioxide solution) that has less (CDH) or no acid remaining (CDS) after external activation.
The other consideration in choosing an acid activator is the taste of the acid.

Thank you for the graph, so NOW HCL is better than CA and also produce more CL02 per second than CA.
Interesting. Completely different what I read here. Thank You so much for the information that more scientific look.
That also explain why people get sick quicker with HCL than CA. The concetration of CL02 is higher in the dose created with HCL than the dose created with CA. But if you made the dose for the day like JIm recomend puting 24 drop + 24 Drop + 32 H20 after the first dose, you concentration will be the same.
So I stay with my CA. Got enough for several y.ear of MMS

I use CA - 50%. I had heard or read that it is best. I decided I wanted something as easy to do as possible and when I found out that I could use less of it ( 1 drop for each drop of MMS) and the HCL I would have to use 5 drops for each drop of MMS - didn't take me long to decide which to use.
I also have now started activating it for 60 sec's rather than the original stated 20 sec and am doing
the capsules too.
I have no problem with taste (even before I started doing the caps MMS0 and have had no negative results either.
God bless

I have not heard that people have been getting sicker, quicker using HCL vs CA. But, that could be a good thing. That also explain why people get sick quicker with HCL than CA.
If a Herxheimer reaction happens right away due to killing off pathogens quicker, that could be true. So, that would mean the person would be healed faster, too.
Then again, if a person does not tolerate unreacted SC or CA, then HCL would be the better choice.
As far as taste goes, HCL is the winner, hands down.

Well Pam said that she get sick with HCL than with CA, and after see the graph, I will said the people that use HCL have more concentrate dose than the people that use CA. Also The graph did not explain how they determine the concentration. Also did not show the Blank concentration of HCL, Because HCL can add more Chlorite to the determination. Keep in mind that point.

Importance of Stomach Acid
