hi everyone

had an awful two weeks loads of nausea diarrhoea etc, and felt like s***

yesterday (Friday) woke up feeling like a young man . the mms has reached parts that had been dead for years lol. my mind feels a lot clearer and seem to have more energy, i cant believe how much better my breathing is and the swollen legs , ankles etc have nearly gone, so maybe all the trouble i was having had bought on a healing crises

thanks for every ones help. i am staying on cds as it seems to suit me better, and will be doing maintenance doses unless i feel the need .

its about a month since i started mms cds and although i had a couple of breaks i would say to anyone persevere.
