Have been following the recent discussions on sea water and remineralisation.
Would the benefits of this be the same if Celtic Salt is used? - say a teaspoon or two at AM along with lemon juice
in a glass of water.
Thankyou

shows all whats in Celtic
looks like a good choice
I was suggesting a few teaspoons of salt water, not salt, but some intake more than others.
There will be more guides in a google search on protocols than I can imagine.
Let us know how you do.

It is good indeed. The protocol for this is half a teaspoon of keltic seasalt in the morning AM. And 6 glasses of water. Good for heart diseases, Lupus and asthma.

Celtic Sea Salt® is a Brand name registered since 1976
You could apply that name to anything and it doesn't mean anything
If you've ever seen Chicken of the sea on sale you'll know it has nothing to do with Chicken and is infact a brand of Tuna Fish.
Personally I have experimented with numerous salts and from what I can determine the most important factor was where it came from and how it was treated.
I personally prefer Salt that comes from the living sea that we have with us right now, not the salt that came from 10,000+ years ago such as rock salt, pink salt, etc
I also believe the way the salt is dried is important. I've seen more health benefits from salt that was hand collected and air / sun dried then those salts that were dried in a machine
If it doesn't say on the box it was hand collected, hand harvested, dried in the sun or air then it probably wasn't.

But the worst is that we are being made scared for salt, whereas it is actually a real life saver, especially heart patients, asthma and Lupus patients The right salt contains many minerals we need.
Of course NaClo2 is salt as well...

Importance of Stomach Acid

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
