Sky, I see that you are describing how you make CDS, not the quantity of CDS you ingest daily.

If you combined 1.7ml of SC and 1.7ml of an acid gassing into 900ml of distilled water, you may be getting 200ppm CLO2 in the 900ml of CDS.

200ppm x 0.9 liters water = 180mg CLO2. Divided by 2 would give each of you about 90mg of CLO2 daily. That should keep the bugs at bay.

I also live in the country away from most people and find I rarely get sick. However, a friend living on the same acreage has 4 young home-schooled children who play with neighborhood children who attend public school who bring home "bugs." Same when they come back from Sunday church. Daily doses of CLO2 seems to do the trick for me, most times, to stay healthy.
