mms and house/roof washing alternative to SH bleach?

I own a roofing company and currently use bleach to clean roofs. My question is 1) will mms kill the black mold, algae, and moss that grow on roofs. 2) approximate cost to mix 50 gallons of water with a concentration of mms potent enough to kill the roof molds etc and remove stains from ashphalt shingles. 3) does it have to be activated for it clean the roofs? I don't want to use bleach anymore due to its environmental hazards and health risks....any help would be greatly appreciated...

Haven't the faintest idea on this - there is stuff out there made for this application - you need to research and contact them.
