Does anyone know if mms removes scar tissue from a car accident. It is in the shoulder and back area, and having problems now with circulation in the hands and fingers. Lost movement in hands. Chiro says its scar tissue and may not go away.

I'm sorry - MMS is pathogen related - it removes pathogens. I doubt it will help with scarring - time may soften the scars, but it takes a while for that to happen. There may be other stuff out there (I've seen scar creams at drugstores) - but I don't know how good they really are.

of course your chiro is guessing and does not know
so try MMS, you might discover that there is another issue at root cause of the symptoms you feel.
MMS can not harm you and may benefit you.
Try it and let us know.
MMS does not fix scar tissue but may fix an underlying undiagnosed problem
That's my "guess"
