I need Information

This is a wonderful forum, I got started with my program 4 days ago, first I took too much and then I got so sick that I missed one whole day. what happens now?. do I start again like day ONE. thanks for the help... Gabb

I would start over with day 1, and increase one drop PER DAY.

Also, figure out what your signal is. For some people, nausea comes first. For some people, loose stool comes first. If you start experiencing anything at all, go down one drop the next day and stay there for two or three days before going up one drop again.

I wanted to come back and mention something... I really recommend considering doing the bath protocol with the MMS 1000 protocol.

I first started using MMS about 5 years ago, and I had a VERY hard time with it with the old protocol.

When I ordered MMS and started using it again around a year and a half ago, I would still have a reaction around 12 drops.

Then, earlier this year while trying to detox, I also started doing the bath protocol. It makes a lot of sense to me to drink a dose and hop in the water. Hit whatever bugs and such from the inside and the outside.

After doing the bath protocol I could get up to 18 drops or so no problem. Shortly there after I got pregnant and stopped trying to detox at all. I definitely feel like the baths made it easier to deal with the overall taking of the MMS and seemed to help minimise herx reaction.

Thank you so much for the info, I am having a hard time with the amount I am taking 16 drops per 8 hrs. I have some diarrhea, feel out of place. tired, but mostly with a terrible acid reflux that is so uncomfortable. I never had that before so I don't know if this is also a reaction to the MMS, or some thing else. I really need to find out. I don't seem to find anything about the reflux any where I am reading, have you heard about it?... thanks again

If you herx'd and started over, how could you be at 16 drops right now?

Follow instructions in first reply. Start over at 8 drops. Increase slowly. Even increase only one drop every two days.

Diarrhea and reflux are both herx, and you are still going too fast and making yourself sick(er).

If you're having problems with 2 drops an hour, then you will need to go even slower. There's a technique called the "baby bottle" technique. You start with an 8 oz bottle , and you activate 1 drop of mms and put it in the baby bottle with 8 oz of distilled or filtered water - then you drink 1 oz per hour - so you're getting 1/8 of a drop an hour. The next day use 2 drops for the 8 oz, and then the next day use 3 drops for the 8 oz. Going VERY slowly -

if you are very toxic, you will have herx reactions - getting rid of the toxins produced by the killed pathogens. So you need to go very slowly.
