GJP is away this week,

it's possible she was infected and not knowing it, having contracted something from her boyfriend who contracted issue elsewhere and passed to her, her to you.
She may be not the as guilty partner.
Sounds messy though.
If you can, share with her what is helping you so she has an opportunity to heal and help others involved in this.
After all if we leave them with the disease it will spread.

but the underground cure is soo expensive.. any similar program? what they do in this protocol? I want to eradicate herpes but any idea?? I read soo many info and I decide to care about this virus in this way:
1. to start to take 3 drop of mms x 8 hours a day for 3 weeks
2. one a day take a shower very very hot and after for few minutes very cold... in order to move the virus from the ganglia nerve to the blood...in the blood there is mms that can kill him...
3. spray on my back son oxygen and once skill dry put on it some cream....
4. to take lysine and a lot of veggies avoid food with arginine...
do you think that this can solve the problem? any suggestion? PLET LET ME KNOW YOUR OPINION TKSS

I think that is a hoax. It has some good ideas, but it is only good for certain variations. You'd better off to trust MMS. You just have to find the best way to handle it. The key is ' long term '. If you are able to take it for several months, or more, steady, daily; you have a good chance to eliminate it. Heavy doses don't do much. You just make yourself suffer. Take it the longest daily you can handle. The more frequent your MMS dose, the better. Don't increase your drops. It will not do anything for you. Except maybe sick and you will hate MMS. The new method of mixing (CDH) is very promising. You will be able to take it, without any serious aversion. Again, the key is to take it as frequently as you can and the longest per day you can. If you can take it long enough, the herpes will come out, soon or later. When you have an outbreak, make sure you take MMS very frequently, but not high doses. It will kill it in few days.
Here is my experience.
I have tried to take MMS in many ways, but I could not handle it for long period of time. I either got sick, or just could not do it mentally. I hated the smell, the taste, just the thought of it. I tried heavy doses, 3 weeks method, pill method, MMS2, all of it. The outbreak would come back, soon or later. I had one problem with my methods; I could not maintain long term, steady doses, and extended length taking. So, obviously, the herpes came back.
In the last few months, I switched over to CDH. It is quite easy to make and I can manage the doses, even at work. You can look up the right way to do it here, on the forum.
At first, it was not comfortable by the end of the day. The acid removed all the layers in my mouth and my teeth. So, I had to change my taking method. I take the dose and keep in my mouth for a moment. I swallow the dose and immediately I drink filtered water. Not much water, but enough to wash down the taste and the acid flavor. The key here is to stop breathing, when you drink the dose and the water. At least, not through your mouth. This way, the acid does not hurt my lining in the mouth. I drink this hourly. I setup my phone alarm and signals to me, when I have to take it. I do 8 times a day now. I take a break on the weekends. This is when I rest my mouth, my system, I eat probiotics, antioxidants, etc. Kind of restore the things MMS can kill during the week. My plan to keep this method for months, even for a year. If I get an outbreak, I will include the weekends, perhaps even take more doses daily. I have started this a month ago, so will see how it works.
I have been eating healthy, food from the organic farms, but I think the most important is the good sleep. I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, no drugs. I try to live the natural way. I don't have any other health problems. So, my body and immune system is strong. But the key with this virus is the constant elimination, so it cannot reproduce. This might take longer time, but so does other, more serious illness. My goal is to test this ' long term ' method. I want to see, if my idea is correct. The CDH solution allows me to do long term. So, I am hopeful. I don't believe the spine rubbing can do much. It will certainly not kill the virus. At least, not all of it. If just one virus survives, it will reproduce. This is the reason, why the steady, not high dose, saturation of your body with MMS; can give a chance to get rid of it. Again, I cannot prove my theory medically, but I will give it a try. I just wanted to share my experience.

I my previous letter, I was replying to the ' undergroundcure ' method. Also, I am not against DMSO, bath, skin rubbing, but in case of herpes, I just think, it is not enough. This is just my private opinion.

Actually, the half-life of vitamin C means that it needs to be NOT done during the MMS protocol - you can do it after the protocol is done. Doesn't do much to take Vitamin C at night when the half-life is 12 to 48 hours.
