Hi there , I am sorry but I do not know the concentration of the CDS , all I can tell you is that I placed an order in the USA and it came via Australia ready made and was complete with a small handy syringe with graduations on it .
below is what the sister-in-law did ( she thought she would have been dead by christmas)
My sister-in-law took ONE graduation of the syringe to a 1/4 cup of distilled water
every hour (8 times) per day for the first complete week then she cut down the number of times to (6 times) per day for the second week then down to (4 times) per day for the third week , then she took it (3times ) morning & then (3 times ) in the afternoon . She now takes doses as and when she thinks she needs to . I will ask her permission for her e-mail address so as members can get verification first hand from her if needed . hope this helps .
