If the CDS is 3000ppm using your method, the efficiency (converting NaCLO2 to CLO2) is 96%.
If you use cold CDS water, you will get more CLO2 into the CDS water.
Your method is similar to the 3 hour Quick CDS "Dry" method. The highest efficiency I have gotten is about 75%. The average is about 45%, same as my old dual infusion method that AK shows in his video.
