CDS Contraindications? Medication wise.

Interesting, I have heard of the carnivore diet...  I hope it works great for you...

Do you take CDS daily?  Seems after doing a "protocol", one would be detoxed... then for maintenance... maybe do 10-20ml a day, maybe once  week would be sufficient?

Have you looked into serrapeptase to keep your "pipes" clear?  On that diet... it might be a good idea...

I think there may be risks... inflammation... arterial clogging... lack of fiber, nutrient deficiencies... but I don't know all that much about it... but if it is working for you and your labs come back great...

The opposite is true in fact. Animal proteins and fats reduce inflammation. It's why heart disease was virtually unheard of before 1920. You should watch the videos on that carnivore YouTube channel I linked to. Many doctors interviewed who've been eating like this for years and years. Best measure for heart health is CAC scan. Coronary artery calcium scan: $99-200 for a scan. Often you hear these doctors scoring a zero—the best possible score.

Cholesterol test is misleading. Dietary saturated fats are good for you. You've been lied to. We all have been. Read the book called The Big Fat Surprise. Took a decade to write and cites RTC studies. Without carbs you don't need fibre.

I had a Cardiac Calcium score done back in '17 or '18... score was zero... my diet was not bad, not great, but I was taking a lot of supplements then... maybe some worked... or I got lucky with genetics...
