CDS Spray

I just started CDS, but have been using diluted Providone iodine as a nasal spray, supposedly kills viruses and bacteria instantly and can last for 4 hours... I also use 50/50 colloidal silver and 3% H2O2 nasal spray, but I think the P-iodine is more effective and lasts longer.
I nebulize diluted food grade H2O2 occasionally and every time I feel a bug coming on... IF I actually got a lung involved bug, I would add some nascent or lugols iodine to the mix.

Hello. Blessings to all. CLO2 or Truthseeker I have a quick question. Can I spray 3000 PPM CDS undiluted straight in my throat or does it has to be diluted. Thanks for your time and help. Blessings
