I'm trying to figure out what will help people undo the damage from the experimental shots. I don't have a Telegram account (they require a cell phone number to sign up, and I don't have one).

Is there somewhere else I can find this info.?

I doubt you can "undo the damage from the experimental shots."

If you don't get the shot, or tested, or wear a mask, you will probably be safe. All those things may be contaminated with who knows what. 

Just say no. 

Regarding Telegram, it is unfortunate that you don't have a cell phone to be able to signup. If you can get a Google Voice phone number, that will work. 

You can read public Telegram channels without having a Telegram account. Such as this one:  t.me/MMSinfo

For the record, I have no intention of getting the shot. I'm a holistic doctor and I tell all my patients not to get it. But, some are pressured into it. I hope to find a way of helping them.
