Amazing, they won't ship a physical book to the USA! I like the PDF book much better, anyway.

I'm trying to buy the book from voedia.com/en/

I'm in the United Kingdom and don't see the country listed in the drop down menu. No England, Britain, Great Britain or United Kingdom. Has anyone from the UK bought a book from there? I could just buy the pdf but I want the book!

I just bought a copy to be shipped to the UK. The UK isn't listed on the drop down menu so I had to use a fake address generator. I found a Spanish fake address generator, entered a fake Spanish address and then wrote a note saying I was unable to find UK in the drop down menu and please ship to ... my real address.
