:( years ago my daughter tried MMS. Knowing her, she took to much and it gave her diarrhea, then, I tried to help a dying cat with it, one she wanted to adopt when the cat was well again. The cat passed on, not due to MMS I know.
Now she is threatening to call the RCMP to report me if she ever hears of me using MMS.
"And, as I said before, if I hear any more about you giving that illegal poison to humans or animals, I will call the RCMP."
can I be charged for anything? should I call the RCMP and ask if i can be charged? This is a really hard situation.
Is MMS a illegal substance in Canada? Is it like a illicit drug?? thank you

I have no legal training on the nuances of the Canadian Legal System. But I do know that when talking to the RCMP anything you say "CAN and WILL be taken in evidence against you" . So definitely do not contact them. Do not volunteer any information to them. There is nothing illegal about sodium chlorite or HCL (or citric acid) - they can not be sold for human consumption but as a water purifier. If you have a professional medical licence in Canada - the licence probably has some small print on deviating from standards of practice which might be problematic.
But as long as you are not advertising that your supplying such services or charging for administering mms - I believe you're OK.
I am sorry that your daughter has chosen the Nanny State over her own mum .

:( yes it is very terrible. I am heartbroken by this turning against me. Many people have mental issues, and I think that people are affected by vaccines and by infections that damage the neurological system.
So I will say nothing. But MMS is not on the illegal list of drugs? how could it be? these are harmless natural substances, water purifiers as you say. i do not need to be licensed and I do not promote or sell MMS (wish I could) last time I heard, the USA gov't wants to patent it. If there is more to understand, please let me know. thank you

Could you please send links to the latest MMS videos. thank you.

I've never understood why people have children! B)

a baby is like a surprise box, a person completely unknown loaded with a lot of pass lives karma that you have to raise with your money and a lot of your time and energy for, maybe, an sad end like this.

does not make any case like any other person threatening you, keep calm and carry on with yours business, but do not talk with fanatics, assholes, brainwashed carcasses... things that are not football, beer, cars... :)

MMS is not allowed to be sold in Canada, which I don't understand since it's a water purification mineral, however, as far as I know from what I read from Health Canada, there is no law against using it for your own use or even for use on a pet.

thanks for this. Can you please post the link for this info so I can research this? Are you saying that Sodium chlorite the water purification mineral is not to be sold in Canada? That really seems crazy. No one can sell MMS it needs to be MADE with Sodium chlorite and citrus. Honestly, how crazy is this?

The Canadian website healthycanadians.gc.ca says:

The product information lists sodium chlorite as an ingredient and is promoted as a substance that can cleanse toxins from the human body.

If the seller of MMS claimed the above, that would be a problem, just as Daniel Smith in the USA found out. As you know, he is now in prison.

Sodium chlorite can be used in Canada:

Sodium chlorite is authorized in Canada for use as a germicide by veterinarians and as a hard surface disinfectant.

In order to be able to use sodium chlorite as per the above, I presume it must be sold in Canada.

There is another option; CDS does not contain any sodium chlorite.

How much sense does THIS make??? YOU cannot BUY MMS. Who is in charge here in Health Canada??
I am really confused about the info on this site.
