i have been using mms for 1 week and my bloodpressure went from 155/110 to 128/86. first time in about a year of having it at a high level to being at a normal range! have other health problems but i am very impressed!!!

My husband had the same success with blood pressure after having struggled with it for 10 years! Not even medication could bring it down!

I just started MMS yesterday and am hoping for success with high blood pressure. I'm on medication that keeps it down. Is it best to just reduce the medication as the blood pressure drops or stop taking it now? I worry that between the medication and MMS the blood pressure will go down too much.

No one here should tell you to stop your medication, only your physician should do that. That being said, use your best judgment and monitor closely your BP as your intake of MMS increases.

15 years ago my BP was 190/115. I stopped my medication after 2 years and went immediately onto Christophers herbal BPE for HBP. A heck of a lot cheaper as well and no side effects.
A few years ago I started taking MMS now and again for maintaince / imune system. One year ago I got very sick, diarreaoh vomiting,. Dont know why, it wasnt from mms. But 3 days later it was gone and a few weeks later my blood pressure showed it was normal. It has stayed normal. Can you beat that. weird!!
Have taken nothing since.

How much older you are? It's important to take any medicine like MMS. I am 56 years old now(june'14) and my pressure remains in 175/100. I had some complication such palpitation, irregular heart beat etc, but now I have no complication. When I started to take lower blood pressure herbs straight 3 months now I am quite ok.

We actually have another thread somewhere (could be searched) and from that one, I started Divya Mukta Vati (you can search with that term) - I'm down to half a pill in the AM and PM, BP stays between 126/80 and 105/60. (Depending on the time of day) -

I'm also experience this effect in my blood pressure. But get much better result when use MMS with Sea Water. I take 10 ml of Hypertonic Quinton water and like 60 ml of water and drink it just going to bed. Next morning my blood pressure is normal. Before the Quinton my blood pressure stay around normal values.
